- Member obtains a treatment referral letter from doctor
- Member calls MCD to identify requirements
- MCD provides options and estimate of cost
- MCD arranges consultation, scans, treatment
- Member pays MCD to access pre arranged prices
- Treatment undertaken
- MCD verifies and pays hospital and consultants invoices
