Individual Membership

Anyone can apply for membership. There is no age or medical condition limitation. Membership can cover up to four additional nominated members of your family living in the same household.

Membership starts from the point at which cover is acknowledged and runs for a 12 month period. A renewal notice is sent on the anniversary of membership commencement. Members are given a unique reference number.

Membership allows you to call us at anytime during business hours (9am – 5pm) to seek assistance on healthcare related matters or to commence the process of obtaining treatment. An out of hours emergency number is also available.

If you wish to access our services as a matter of urgency and cannot wait until the joining fee has cleared a £50 charge is made by credit card. 

Membership Fees

There are 3 levels of fee:

  • Annual fee if renewed by direct debit – £25
  • Standard Annual fee (paper invoice) – £35
  • Urgent Fee – £50

Fees cover up to 4 additional nominated members of your family living in the same household.

Membership fees cover a 12 month period and refunds cannot be made for shorter periods.

How do I become a Member?

It could not be easier to become a member:

1. Call us on 0844 848 1460 and request a brochure and application form to be sent.

2. Download and complete an application form and direct debit mandate, then send to the address at the footer of this page. Payments can also be made over the phone by credit/debit card.

OR

3. Complete an application form online then download a direct debit mandate, sign and send to the address at the footer of this page. Payments can also be made over the phone by credit/debit card.
